This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you play Mall Builder, visit this website, or contact support. Mall Builder is a shopping mall management game with local game saves and Google AdMob advertising.
1. Information We Process
Local game data: Your mall name, floors, shops, resources, stock, upgrades, progression, language, sound preferences, and tutorial status are saved on your device. The current app does not provide a developer-operated account, online multiplayer service, or cloud save database.
Advertising data: Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash logs, and performance information. See Google’s AdMob data disclosure for details.
Support communications: If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Please avoid including passwords or other information unnecessary to resolve your issue.
Website requests: This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical connection information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, or a contact form to this website.
2. How We Use Information
Local game data is used to restore your progress and preferences. Advertising providers process data to deliver and measure ads, diagnose technical issues, and prevent fraud. Support messages are used to respond to your questions. Website connection information is processed to deliver the pages and maintain security.
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, legal bases may include performance of the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. Playing the game does not itself constitute consent to processing that requires consent.
3. Advertising and Your Choices
Mall Builder uses Google AdMob for advertising, including optional rewarded ads that can provide in-game benefits. Ad formats can vary by app version.
On iOS, the app requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Access to the advertising identifier for tracking depends on your permission and platform restrictions. You can review or change tracking permission in your device’s Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Ads may still be shown when tracking permission is denied, and denying permission does not prevent all advertising-related data processing.

4. Sharing and Service Providers
Google / AdMob processes advertising information directly through its SDK. Cloudflare processes website connection information for hosting and security. Email service providers process support correspondence. Information may also be disclosed when required by a valid legal obligation or to protect legal rights.
See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy for those providers’ practices. We do not operate a server that receives your local game saves.
5. International Processing
Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Applicable international transfer requirements depend on the provider, service, and governing law. For provider information, see Google’s transfer frameworks and Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum. Contact us with questions about processing relevant to your use of the game or website.
6. Retention and Deletion
Local progress and preferences remain until you reset or remove the app’s data. Deleting the app generally removes local data; offloading and device or cloud backups may preserve it under your device settings. We cannot restore local saves from a developer-operated backup.
Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and, where necessary, meet legal obligations or address disputes. Records processed by service providers are subject to their retention practices. Removing the app does not automatically remove advertising or other records held by those providers.
You can contact us to request deletion of information we hold about you. We may need limited information to verify your request. Information required by law or necessary to protect legal rights may be retained for those purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information, request portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent data protection authority. In Türkiye, you may contact us to exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. We handle requests within applicable legal time limits.
8. Children’s Privacy
If you are a parent or legal guardian with concerns about your child’s information, contact us using the details above. Applicable protections for children’s information must be respected. The App Store age rating describes content suitability and is not a statement about the legal age of consent for data processing.
9. Security
This website uses HTTPS. Local game data relies on your device’s storage protections. No storage system or internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as app features or processing practices change. The current version date appears above. Where required, significant changes will be accompanied by additional notice.
